Payment Terms

Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to fees. We will work with you to find a new date that works for your schedule.
Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for providing clear access to the installation area. This includes removing any obstacles, furniture, or items that may interfere with our work. We will notify you in advance if any site preparation is needed before installation.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Our installations come with a workmanship warranty, and the artificial grass products carry manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
TexGrid Port Arthur Turf Solutions is not liable for pre-existing conditions, underground utilities not properly marked, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. We carry appropriate insurance and will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during installation.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including images, text, and design elements, is owned by TexGrid Port Arthur Turf Solutions or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.
